AveGene tests are based on Liquid Biopsy using a blood sample (plasma). This method can identify somatic variants in circulating cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA).
A safe, non-invasive, sensitive, and economical technique for examining circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from the plasma of customers or those who may have the disease is called a “liquid biopsy.”
Through the examination of ctDNA extracted from a patient’s blood, we are able to detect genetic changes in ctDNA that are clinically significant and correlate these changes with specific treatments and clinical studies.

Viruses are intracellular parasites that replicate using the cell's internal environment and organelles. During a viral infection of a cell, a viral particle (occasionally only a portion; always the viral genetic information) invades the cell, exposes the viral genetic information, and initiates the expression of this information.
Various viruses have various replication requirements, and their replication mechanisms are also distinct (for instance, DNA and RNA viruses exhibit the most striking differences). Regardless, viral genetic information and viral proteins are external molecules that can interact with both cellular proteins and the cellular genome. This interaction can have numerous effects, including the initiation of the malignant (cancer) transformation process.
Heavy metals have technically the same effect on human body. Knowing the body contamination / infection is essential in cancer disease prevention.
At AveGene, we have implemented and responsibly use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Both significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of our company’s processes, particularly when processing large amounts of data, identifying patterns, and providing valuable clinical insights."
